Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the erc20 platform via erc20.ws or any related application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced in this document.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the erc20 platform immediately.
The erc20 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this requirement will be terminated without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the erc20 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address and any details needed for identity verification. erc20 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify the erc20 support team at [email protected] immediately.
- Never share your account password with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
- Keep your contact details up to date to ensure continued access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the erc20 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with applicable law. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering or any purpose that could compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors within the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to access or play on the platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Any attempt to circumvent the platform's security systems or identity verification processes.
Erc20 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance freezing and legal proceedings where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the erc20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (online banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. erc20 does not accept cash payments or direct international wire transfers.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. erc20 is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by user error or issues on the part of the financial institution.
To make a withdrawal, users must verify the payment method registered to their account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days. erc20 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request to ensure transaction security.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Balances held in accounts implicated in such activity may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Liability Limits & Disclaimers
The erc20 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. erc20 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors or be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical disruptions may occur.
Erc20 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or exemplary losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
Erc20's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. This limit applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
Erc20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, suspicious activity or at the request of relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may forfeit any remaining balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact erc20 support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of the relevant identity verification requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the erc20 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software and layout — is the property of erc20 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. No content may be copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from erc20.
Third-Party Links
The erc20 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. erc20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site. Use of such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
Erc20 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism or through the relevant courts of Malaysian jurisdiction.
